We used Ryan and team for replacing all of our carpet and laminate with brand new vinyl and custom tile work. He was prompt on communication and showing up when he said they would. Their pricing was better than almost anybody else we talked to (with their quality) and they used all top tier suppliers for material. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Seaside Construction team, we will be using them again when we remodel our kitchen.

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend using their services. What was supposed to be about a 6 week project, turned into almost 5 months of living in a construction site. Poor communication, poor workmanship, poor organization, poor quality. Be prepared to be deceived, deal with health and safety concerns, and lots of stress and frustration.

I was referred to Seaside Custom Construction from several people and very glad to have gone with them for my new home. They are super responsive and professional. Communication was absolutely amazing and all my questions were answered before/during/and even after the renovations. Seaside Custom Construction renovated my kitchen, secondary bathroom, did all new flooring throughout the house, painted the walls (and re-texturized), and so much more. Everything was done well, clean, and timely! They surpassed the high expectations I had! Also wanted to mention how great the entire team is- always very friendly and hardworking. I'm not sure many people can say they had it as easy as I did renovating my home and it's all thanks to Seaside.
