Technick did four projects for us soon after we moved into our Long Beach condo, each with quality and professionalism, attention to detail. In essence, they overhauled the entire 2 BR, 2 Bath unit - everything. The apartment has an elegance and comfort my wife and I are both proud of. There was consistency among the team from one project to the next that we had complete trust in both workmanship and the integrity of individuals coming into our home every day. Highly recommend.

Technick Construction recently performed a remodel of our guest bathroom, hallway, and stairs. Valentina is very creative and has an excellent sense of style, color, and texture. She is easy to work with and takes time to understand your input and ideas. Amer and Nick are involved in every aspect of the project. They make sure that you are happy with the project's progress and are accessible whenever you have a question or concern. The crews made sure to protect our home during the remodel and also cleaned up the work area every day. They were friendly and talented. The tile work was top notch. Technicks pricing is very competitive and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to carry out your remodel project.

It was a pleasure to work with Technick Construction. We highly recommend them for their excellent workmanship, attention to detail, design and construction expertise and effective project management.
We contacted Valentina the project manager and a talented designer to get ideas and a proposal to remodel a fixer upper in the Irvine Village park community. The house had good bones, but was completely neglected by the previous owner.
From the very first meeting, we were bouncing ideas around and creating a plan how to make the house look nice and safe and not to break the budget.
Valentinas style is so calming and helpful. It was a large undertaking and we live in a different city an hour away. So the pre-construction/pre contract meetings had to be productive. And they sure were. We had one meeting at the house to estimate the scope of work and another at the office to look over proposed design and choose the materials. With two-three little adjustments to the design we settled on the kitchen, bathroom and main floor layout. I also got a list of homework that I needed to do before the start.
With Valentinas gentle guidance (and super soothing manner) and Nicks upbeat and CAN DO attitude the project started.
EVERYTHING was easy of course we decided to add tons of additional little projects that were not in the original contract. The answer from Valentina and Nick was always sure we can do it, dont worry. Lots of small repairs were just done without extra charge, and for the larger upgrades we were getting fair and reasonable estimates.
Most of the work was done without our presence. Valentina negotiated the price of appliances and got us the best rebates. We picked all of the materials in one visit. Most of the additional items we ordered on line and the company arranged them to be picked up.
The final touches and the final payment was easy and felt like a celebration.
We will be returning to Technik construction for additional upgrades and repairs and highly recommend them. One of the best work Ive ever seen done! The team came in did a thorough inspection and laid out a plan. They completed the job very well and pay close attention to detail. They not only help you get the job done, but they follow up with you to see how the construction is working for operations. I would highly recommend this business if youre looking to get any kind of job done.
