He charged me $622.00 in advance for full porcelain crown, but insurance claim turned out to be $490.50 of my responsibility only, AND HE REFUSED TO REFUND the difference! Basically he did not agree with insurance contract price and forced me to pay the difference between his bill amount and insurance contract price! PLUS, HE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PAPAER WORK, NOR RECEIPT!.

He does not provide any paperwork before you start or even after. He had a big problem connecting with insurance. He then send to the insurance different prices that what he tell you.

Dr. Timothy Chao, is an incredible Dentist. I've been going to him for 13+ years and l take my whole family to him as well. He has the latest in technology and is great with his hands. The staff is friendly and well trained. I use to hate the word Dentist as I'm sure we all do, but after going Dr. Chao I look forward to it knowing I'm in good hands and I'm well taken care of.
