Northwood Cleaners

Please do your research before you choose which cleaners you will use. This place is a total rip off. Without doing my research I went to this place for Wash & fold service and they charged 8 dollars per pound while other competitors are charging 2 dollars per pound. It is partially my fault since I didnt compare with other places but come on, 250 bucks for wash & fold? When I called the store and asked why it is so much more expensive, they got all mad and offensively asked why we even came to the store. Please do your research before you choose which cleaners you will use. Service: Alterations

The lady who works at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. Overall service was very slow and expensive. I wouldn't recommend this cleaners. There are many better ones in the town.

I asked for dry-cleaning but instead they washed it and ended up damaging the shirt. Called the shop and asked about how this happened but all they offered was a discount for future service. People make mistakes but these people just don't care. Done with them.

Dropped off a men’s suit and dress shirt. The dress shirt had the same stain on it as when we dropped it off.
