The arrangement was beautiful and matched the advertised picture quite well. It was delivered on time and instructions for the gated community were followed. I received a heartfelt thank you from the recipient who said they were absolutely gorgeous.

I paid $77 for a lovely basket of pink azaleas to surprise a friend. However, I had to call the owner to inquire about the delivery, as I did not receive any email or text confirmation. I had to find out through my friend that the flowers she received were not the ones I ordered for her. I then called the owner where she told me those specific ones are out of season, and the owner had just substituted them with Flamingo Lilies, which aren't even listed on the website. I understand the need for seasonal changes in floral arrangements, but please notify your clients in advance if such changes are planned. I would have been willing to pay more for an alternative arrangement.

I ordered a bouquet online last minute on Sunday night and they were so on top of it on Monday. They called to find out what time I was picking it up and even accommodated for me since I had work and wasnt sure I was going to pick it up in time. So kind, and the flowers looked just like the ones online, which I will say never happens with any florist Ive ordered from. The flowers are SO beautiful! Great experience!
