Our movers broke a few things during our relocation and fully acknowledge it but, Inter Trans insurance - as service we paid for - did not cover any cost...yes $0 ... closest thing to this service is a scam...

Not very professional customer care. I received a check for the damaged items during latest relocation, but the amount is too Low for my local bank to credit it to my bank account. I shared the issue with IT Insurance, and they told that the amount is too Low for them to wire. Basically, even if I paid my insurance premiums, I will never get my compensation and for IT Insurance doesn’t care of the matter at all. Very poor customer care. I’ll never use them again and I highly encourage you to do the same.

We were told by the moving company we used which was Asian Relocation moving and Storage located in Manila Philippines that they cover 100% even “sets” for instance of a set of champagne glasses had 1 damaged they cover the whole lot and we shouldn’t worry about electrical items, parts or mold/mildew. But ofcourse turns out they actually didn’t cover any of these issues. So now we are left with 4 of our 6 set of expensive dining chairs, molded Persian carpets and a broken Ogawa massage chair. Many items were damaged due to the way they were handled.. so I guess that was our problem too and not theirs. They work well with the very unprofessional and uncaring relocation team of Asian Relocation. I guess they are a tag team. Now I’m even having trouble retrieving the measly 20% claim due to all the paperwork they supposedly need. Mind you we paid them in full and chose the 100% coverage which they easily accepted. So beware of these companies.

Old systems for claim, poor customer service and poor terms of insurance. Find another, better, insurer.
