Well lets see. I built a second dwelling on my property and needed to insure it. My agent, Rich himself came out to my home when I wasnt there and ultimately doubled my policy insuring the same buildings Id had insured for the past 30 years. In other words he never actually saw the second dwelling but felt confident enough to submit the new policy and start collecting monthly payments without actually insuring the new building. When I called and made the discovery he still didnt come out for a second inspection. I called the main office and they noticed discrepancies in the new policy that didnt make sense and assured me they would correct the problem. That was 2 months ago. Needless to say Ive moved on to a far better, honest company.
