I transferred my insurance to this agency from Farmers in San Diego because our agent disappeared and we could not get a hold of her for months. First I was told that my premium was going to be $420 every 6 months. Next thing I noticed they billed me for $500 every 6 months. Every six months my premium was going up by $100 dollars. My age is close to 50 years old, no accident for the past 20 + years, no smoking/drinking, safe driver, no kids or minors on my insurance and I also had renters insurance. My car 2011 Honda Civic and not a luxury car.
Whenever I would ask them why is my insurance increasing they would tell me that there are many accidents in the area. How is this my fault that others are driving unsafe ? I told Berdy Gonzalez that those who are bad drivers and get in accidents put them in a seperate catory and have their premium raised. Ofcourse they don't care about this.
All this agent/agency/Farmers entity care about is to collect the money and does not care about client or giving good customer service.
So, please give yourself a favor do not go to this agency/Farmers entity.
I been with Farmers insurance for over 20+ years.
If anything I should have been getting discounts for loyalty, good drivers discount and thank you gift cards for being with them for so long.
Farmers/their agents does not care about their clients.
