The concept of customer service is completely foreign to Anila.
My simple request for basic info on what home loan options might be available to me led to hours of phone calls & text messages. These included requests for overwhelming amounts of information, both financial and personal, but never yielded an answer to my simple request. The questions about my personal life were particularly unsettling. For example, how are the details of my relationship with my wife and neighbors relevant to securing a loan? Not one other mortgage agent I've worked with since has pried into my personal life the way Anila did.
I ultimately discontinued my interaction with Anila, but not before wasting considerable time and energy. I hope this review will help others avoid that experience.
