        I scheduled a delivery for my mom on December 17, it was supposed to be here by the 24th. It is now December 27. Nothing was delivered. Nobody has called, I tried calling the 1800 number and I could not get through on multiple occasions. I chatted with someone on the website and she wasn’t able to do anything except for send the order to the driver. My tank is at 7%, the propane heats the house and my hot water heater…Definitely will be switching propane companies.

        This propane company sucks been out of propane for a week now still have not delivered!! Every day I call and they tell me they will be there by end of day. Yep ok so with that being said still no propane if you're going to get or looking I would recommend js west NOT Amerigas they lie.

        Guy hung up on me in service. Took me 3 transfers to get to someone to answer question and he hung up on me. I just wanted to know if they put new valves on my 30lb tank. Could not get an answer when the 3rd person I got ( the one who hung up on me ) asked so I want my 30lb picked up I said no I don't need it picked up I just want to know if you put valves on he just hung up. Luckily I had said yes to the servey /feedback at end of call . Gave bad marks on all. Worst service won't be taking my business to this place.

        If I could give it a zero I would. Don’t do business with these people, they are crooks. They are still trying to bill all residents in a low income trailer park for service that they have not received. On March 2021 their tanks were removed from the property and a new company came in. They are still billing all of the residents. When the residents call because threats of going to collections. They are told good luck, we have better lawyers then you. No one is or has been using their propane, so why are they still being billed. Thank god the owns of the trailer park are now getting there lawyers involved.

        Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!it is practically impossible to talk with a human being.......I waited half an hour and a guy picked up in Guatemala. True story. Now I've waited six weeks to pick up an empty tank. Next door has had theirs sitting for 4 months
