Did an excellent job on my pool. The overall attention to detail is awesome. The price was so much more affordable compared to the other companies in Bakersfield. Tile work was perfect. We were able to have a huge selection of styles to pick from. We went with a colored plaster and we are happy that we did. The job was done on time to what was proposed. We are extremely happy with the turn out. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my pool!

Not happy so far with the job and service from Elite. Two days before the work started we decided to have them install a new light. Granted, it was a last minute decision on our part but it still took them a week to get the light while our pool sat empty waiting for the light to come in. When the guy came out to resurface the old plaster he mentioned he was short handed and would finish the next day. That guy never came back the next day. I had to call the owner, Joseph, to find out when the guy was going to come back and finish. After the light was installed and the pool plastered and refilled with water we were told another guy was going to come out and fill the pool with acid. Again, I had to call Joseph, to find out when the guy was coming to put the acid in. I was told he’d be out before 5pm. No one ever showed up and no one ever called. I had to contact Joseph again and was assured he’d be out before 5pm. The guy with the acid did show up the following day which was two days after the pool had been filled. I’m addition, during the plastering the workers damaged part of the molding around some of the tile. Nothing was said to us. My wife and I noticed it the next day and I had to send pictures to Joseph about the damage. I never got a response back. After the acid was put in we were given instructions to brush the the pool at least twice a day for a week. Which we did. After that first week I again contacted Joseph to find out when the guy was coming out to set the chemicals and to remind him about the broken molding. The chemicals were set and the molding fixed. We continued to brush the pool that second week but noticed that there were swirls and streaks of dark and light patterns in the plaster which was a quartz blue. We also noticed the the jet nozzles had not been replaced. Again I contacted Joseph and was told that someone would come out and replace the nozzles and that I’d like him to come out and look at our plaster since I had some questions about it. He responded by telling me to send him pictures of the plaster, apologized for the nozzles, and said someone would come out and install them. That was a week ago. My nozzles have still not been replaced and all I was told regarding the variation in streaks was to use a descaling chemical at my cost and give it 90 days to “cure.” I don’t feel I have to spend my money to take care of an issue with their plaster. Last Friday, May 31, 2019 my wife called saying she wanted someone to come out and look at our pool. She was told someone would call on Monday, June 3rd. Today is Tuesday, June 4 and no one has shown up or called. The work Elite did was shoddy and negligent, and the after care and followup has been almost non-existent and only through emails. Our neighbors had used Bakersfield Pool Plastering and at this point I regret not using that company instead of Elite. At this point I can not and would not recommend Elite pools to anyone.

Great service, top notch had Joseph and his team build my pool and it turned out amazing; it is exactly what I wanted, their service went above and beyond .

I am so disappointed with their product and service. I had my pool re-plastered last year and they cracked my pool tiles and the plaster is losing the color in some areas, but I am most displeased about the concrete they replaced around my pool...it cracked within a few days after they installed it and I have called them 3 times to come out and place it...which they have not to this day. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.

please see reviews ~ Joseph Ramos and William Redick are OWNERS unless there are people with the same names (found out after the fact) so beware of some reviews. While replastering pool blew out power on one side of our house causing a domino effect. Also a pipe with plastic wrapping was starting to protrude. Joseph told us that his "worker had difficulty getting power from our outside sockets and had to use extension cord(S)" for their commercial equipment. Never once did they notify me that they could not get power and I was home the entire time. Ending up costing us almost $1500-2,000. for electrician, landscaping, and sprinkler company. I called their office multiple times and each time having to go through the entire scenario only to be told that Joseph will call you back. Never heard back. The last call, Remy told me to email her all the bills for which I did in the hopes they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier since I was told by Joseph that they are insured for "ALL" work that they do. Again never heard back. Submitted a complaint to the BBB and the claims specialist stated that they never got back to her either but they will keep the claim on file for other potential customers. Also, there was a leak after the work was done. William did come out and put the pipe back in that was protruding out with some type of plastic wrapping which gradually was coming out after the plastering. They had a leak specialist come out and after multiple testing found out that the water was never turned on after the plastering and quartz was done.
