Not only are these people rude, and unprofessional but they will go out of there way to embarrase you. I didn't know much about mobile homes and wanted to learn more they wouldn't answer any of my questions without me giving them my address and phone number and when I declined they told me to leave and yelled at me as I left. They are unbelievable rude and they KEEP DELETING MY COMMENT! you're rude and people should know!

If you're seriously looking for a mobile home please go talk to Bob. Bob Senior or Junior. They will take care of you. If they can't I'm sure they know somebody find that can. These people are honest ethical and most of all beautiful friendly people.

We purchased a triple wide manufactured home from San Joaquin Valley Mobile home and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had visited 3 other dealers in the area and didn’t get the feeling that they cared. But we happened across this little family owned business and felt comfortable right away.
They have a great office staff too, and will even walk you through the permit process, shout out to Keri!
They have great customer service, and that means a lot to us.
We had never bought a manufactured home before and had no idea what we were doing. But we had a pretty good idea of what worked for us, and they were able to help us design a layout that worked great!
After the house was delivered to our property they were here EVERY day setting it up. And what a great crew they have!
If you are considering a manufactured home I highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. We’ve been in the house a couple of weeks now and they’ve been so responsive to any requests we’ve had. Bob even answered my texts while he was on vacation.
SJVMH is still in our corner, working to get the factory to fix or replace manufacturing problems.

We purchased a manufactured home from here and the service was fantastic! From beginning to end they were helpful and professional. Delivery and set up went perfectly. We got a great deal and are very happy with our MH. We would recommend this company to anyone.

They need to rethink how they speak and treat people. So rude.cant believe my experience there.
