I have never had a bad experience with Metro PCS. The employees are always helpful, informed and polite. Some locations are busier than others but aside from that, Metro has always provided outstanding customer service each and every time I enter a location. From paying my bill to upgrading to adding services to my account, I always leave satisfied by the customer service they provide.

I asked the associate about an issue with my phone. We thought he solved it but, he didn't solve the issue. So I went back and asked the associate that told me is the tech for the store. So he tried to fix the issue. I left but, I still have the same issue. Maybe calling Metro by T-mobile will have a more qualified tech. Anyways good luck!
