I own a Lynx grill. For those who are thinking of buying one, please don't dont buy one. Lynx has the worst customer service ever! In fact, Lynx don't have a customer service department. They subcontract their customer service with a 3rd party. God forbid you need a spare part. You can't not get through and they will not call you back. I'm been trying to get a hold of someone from their customer service for three weeks now to no avail.

I had delivered yesterday a new grill that I paid $4200 for and see it was actually manufactured three years ago, in 2017. Can't get a response from the company and the retailer says I need to deal with them

I have had the 30" NG model for 2 years and have used the cover and a high end vinyl cover in the winter for extra protection. I take really good care of the grill. In the two years, the gas temperature knob (kinda important) has broke off, the lights have stopped working, and the grill burns extremely unevenly. So disappointed - dont waste your money

Very POOR customer service. These people are swindlers! they sold me a top of the line grill and delivered a lower model to my house. When I pointed this out it took 3 months before i finally received what i paid for. The quality was not the same as the one I was able to see at their location. DO NOT BUY. i am a very unhappy customer. don't allow the management of this company scam YOU!!

I recently placed an order for parts. I was told the parts were all in stock, and that it would ship within a week. It ended up taking 4 weeks for my order to ship. When I called, multiple times I was told that my order was in the dock, and would ship the next day. They really need a customer advocate to see that orders are going out in a timely manner.
