This place is terrible. They do not take calls during lunch or past 5. Most patients can only call during lunch, of course, making it almost impossible for a working professional to communicate with this office. The PA who I saw was only available 1 day per week and was impossible to get a hold of. The PA also said she would refer me for to a dermatologist and failed to do so. I had to call back several times to finally get the correct referral and even then the dermatologist said she didn't get 1 of the 2 referrals that I needed. I would have to go back to the PA to get the correct referral. The last straw was that the PA also refused to switch a simple RX over the phone.
