Signed up with Just Energy here in California. They told me I would have a locked in rate, and that my gas bill would never be higher then through So Cal Gas. This is entirely untrue. My gas bill has now shot up to 150 a month. I live in a tiny 500 square ft mobile home. Yet my bill is higher then my parents whose home is 1200 sq ft.. long story short avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is terrible as well!!

This is the most inefficient and badly run company.
They do not respond to emails or letters and I have
been sent to dozens of representatives who just talk and don't follow
up, as I've tried to get a credit they owe me for my residential service.
Poor service, bordering on fraudulent as they seem to not want to pay out!!
Do NOT use this company, they are bad news!!!

on April,2018 one representatives came to our home knocking on our door and was talking to me about "Just Energy." They asked to see my gas bill and had explained that by getting Just Energy that my bill will be lowered and will not go up and it would be 60-70% less. However after months of having this company and not checking my bill,on November 2018 I logged into my SoCal gas bill and noticed that my bill was awfully high. My bill was just double like Fake JUST ENERGY. I have NEVER had a bill as high as this with SoCal gas in my whole life.My normal bill was like 15-30 dollar and some time 30-40 only during my parents visit.Its a Total RIPOFF. I called SoCal gas which directed me to call Just Energy to cancel.
Also i didn't have job from April 2018 to December 2018.I thought that I might have some savings during this crucial period but i was totally wrong.
I called Just Energy and the guy who I spoke with sounded like this was a usual case of people calling in to complain because when I explained what was going on he sounded like he was familiar with this type of call. I asked for them to cancel and to send me a cancellation confirmation to make sure that I had my services cancelled. The only reason I gave this company a chance was because prior to this I had another salesman come to my home about solar panels which we went through with and they are actually saving us money. I thought this company was going to save us money but I was totally wrong. This company ends up increasing your bill way beyond what you'd normally be paying.
When i called them they told me that they are gonna canceled my account with them but still they are charging me .
I don`t know what to do and where to go.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND JUST ENERGY to ANYONE. As a matter of fact don't even waste your time or your money because with all the money they will suck out of you, you could have put it toward your principal of your home or put that money aside for your children. I am very disappointed in this company. NEVER AGAIN though. Good luck all and please read all the reviews.
I am asking some help for an Attorney if any one is here for us in this kind of cheaters.

They need to be shut down my gas bill 10xs higher n they didn’t correctly explain how their program works !!!!!
