This Genesis dealer may have the worst service department in the country. They have misdiagnosed my car four times for an airbag issue. The last time I had it in the mechanics disconnected half of the electrical systems in the car which I didn't realize until had driven the car out of town. It takes forever to get in and out of the service department so I have burned up untold hours dealing with this. I love the car but I am very close to invoking the Lemon Law. If there was another Genesis dealer nearby I would never return here.

I found the Genesis I was looking for at an Orange County dealership and had an appointment for the next day. I happened to find the same vehicle at my local dealership, La Quinta Genesis. I called and explained I am ready to buy and would prefer to deal locally if they could make it happen. From the first call to Martin, I felt this was the place I wanted to do business with. He guided me through the process, made a fair deal and showed me all the options on the car. The finance manager Eric was great (thank you for your service USMC). There was a small issue with the windshield I found as soon as I got it home. They told me to come back in the morning. The service department took care of ordering a new windshield and it was installed a couple days ago to perfection (Thank you Sandy and Jonathan)!
This is a locally owned family dealership and has been the best car buying experience I have had.
Thank you to everyone at Genesis / Hyundai La Quinta. Highly recommend!
