I visited the La Quinta car wash yesterday after not having been there in months. When they said my car was ready I looked at the mats and carpet beneath the driver seat and remembered why I had stopped going to this place; the car was not vacuumed properly.
The gentleman drying the car offered to vacuum it again. Today I see the entire back seat was not wiped down at all. Why charge such a large fee for a job that is not done properly?
That was the last time I overpay for a service that is not up to par.

I was in LaQuinta for 36 days back in January and February of 2024. I came to this car wash on 1/20/24 to get my car washed. The representative asked if I wanted a one time car wash for like $12, or for one monthly subscription for $19.95. I agreed to the one month. I came back on 2/14/24 and got my car washed and told the representative to cancel my one month membership because I am returning to the Midwest. He did something on his iPad. Since then I have been changed twice; on 2/20/24 and 3/16/24. I have called 4 times and left messages for someone to call me back with no response. I need this subscription to be cancelled effective 2/14/24, and I need my card to be refunded for $39.90. Please go listen to your messages to get my phone number and call me back.
