        We just had our entire house tiled. The communication with the project manager and foreman was great. The two installers showed up every day and on time. There were a couple hiccups but solutions were found promptly. We could not have been more pleased.

        James Marinez delivers exceptional customer service. He knew the answers to my questions before I knew what to ask. He was patient during a long delay in my originally projected materials date and worked around my contractors requirements. High 5 all around.
