Kids summer classes are over priced. My daughters group only made cookies & granola during the 4 day class(she already knew how to bake cookies & there is not much too baking granola), she never got to make any pastries. The apron she was given to take home was the size of an apron a toddler would wear & it was a disposable (my daughter is 11). I was so excited & so was she about learning how to bake pastries, what a disappointment.
