        Had a great workout on our trip to La Quinta! The coach/owner was clear and helpful in his instruction on the workout. Even as someone whos worked out for years, he gave me great tips on exercises I was less comfortable with. Difficult workout, but the atmosphere was spot on and the people were friendly!

        CVC is such a great place to work out. All of the coaches are very enthusiastic and motivating. I really recommend it for all people!

        Amazing box with a great welcoming vibe!! From the moment I walked in I always felt very welcomed and the trainers are great!! They were very patient with me when I was first learning and have taught me so much. I recommend this gym to people of ALL levels and ages. The new HIIT class is a great class as well for people who want something different than CrossFit. Feels like family and always a fun time :) 12/10
