Very disappointed with onsite sales person, not professional at all and very rude, will never buy a house with this developer ever that hire this kind of onsite sales person.

Not a good experience at all. They refused to tell me what the contract price was until I handed them over $6,500. Sales person said that the home office had her locked out of the system (yeah right). When I handed over my check, the system miraculously let her in. Then it was nearly $70K more than their price sheet for that model. That was before we even talked about any upgrades or extras. Every lot in the subdivision has a "lot premium". Even the lousy lots that back to busy streets with powerlines at the rear have a $20K premium. Anything you pick out at their design center in Irvine has to be paid for up front and is non refundable. Still have not found out what the $20K "upgrade allowance" that they supposedly pay for is. It doesn't apply to any upgrade at the design center. You ask a question on one visit and get a totally different answer on the next visit to the same question. What you are paying for is never really known until you close. Bottom line is that Beazer wants control of the whole process. As a buyer, you don't have a choice of anything; lot, floor plan, elevation, paint color, etc. When I terminated the agreement, I was promised by the sales person that my check would be put in the mail to me the next day. I received the check 3 weeks later and mailed from San Diego. I've dealt with Beazer in 4 different states and they were very reputable and great to work with. Beazer in CA treats buyers totally different. Floresta is a beautiful community in a great location. The staff on site is very cordial and helpful. Once they get you to sign, is when things start getting ugly. BUYER BEWARE!
