Desert Detection Home Inspection

We are new home buyers in Coachella Valley and our realtor referred us to Marvin at Desert Detection for a home inspection. This was new construction and several people told us an inspection wasn't necessary, however Marvin found multiple items that needed repair. Bought our first house in the Coachella Valley and the seller's agent recommended that we use Marvin for the inspection. He was thorough, took pictures and delivered a report that really helped us learn about our new home. When he finished his inspection, he walked us through the property and explained things so we could understand what needed to be done, why, and the condition of the property and all equipment. We purchased another home and called Marvin. He answered his phone right away and worked his schedule to accommodate our short time frame. Again, his work was detailed and complete. Marvin was very punctual and, for a reasonable price, thoroughly inspected the property and its curtilage; paying attention to the slightest details. His professional and comprehensive report was emailed to me on the same day. It suggested several repairs and improvements which were subsequently performed.
