The quality of service being provided by Carrie Babij and her team, makes me feel like a VIP Celebrity. I get instant responses and I enjoy asking questions. I get to learn how to better protect the assets I've worked hard to earn, and I get to better plan for the future generations. Carrie and her team always make sure I have my policies squared away and go out and search for better options every year. I can't say that State Farm had the same care or concern for me when I was with them. I plan to stick around as long as they'll have me. Rate increases or not, I'm not going to get better service anywhere.

Needed a new health insurance agent and found these folks here on Yelp. Was easy to get an appt and just as easy to find my new supplemental Rx coverage. I appreciate Colleen's thorough and professional presentation of my options and found her  recommendation to be the best choice for my supplemental prescription plan.  I will return for my supplemental medical  and I would definitely recommend Desert Insurance to friends and family.  Talk to Colleen!
