This company is a godsend. Literally. We employ 10 technicians , who needed help in the field. We arranged for VAR to guide our techs , which they have. They transformed our whole world! Amazing on all levels. Highly recommend these guys. This was exactly what was needed to improve our company. We also own a property managment company , we manage over a thousand units. I decided to try Virtual Appliance Repair when I couldn't get local repair services to return my call. Should have tried them first. We had a little confusion with scheduling, but Geno was flexible and got me into his schedule within a few minutes of the time I had originally requested. Through exchanging texts and photos, he was able to guide me safely through the diagnostic process (including things like multimeter settings ), then researched sources for parts, and recommended the part to buy and install. After the diagnostic steps, I was able to install the new part on my own, with the assurance that I could get more help if I needed it.
My repair was not rocket science, and I probably could have figured it out through online reading and videos. But VAR saved me a lot of time and gave me confidence that I wasn't doing anything foolish. The service was well worth the fee. Thanks, Geno. Service: Repair cooker / hob / oven

We are a fairly new appliance company, with new technicians. My guys in the field needed help. I called V.A.R. and they were able to fully change the course of our company. We had technical support for a number of months , to steer my guys in the proper direction. Considering i have 6 technicians out in the field, this was a huge help and a life changing experience. If you are a new appliance company or a new appliance technician , These guys is who you want on your team. We had on demand appliance repair help while out in the field. My guys were able to draw so much information from the technical support staff. It was very impressive! We are beyond blessed to have come across a company like yours. Very happy with their job! I filled out a form on their website and was able to connect with very helpful appliance repair tech. I am not a very handy person. But with the help of virtual tech I was able to fix my broken dishwasher within 20 minutes. And all for $30. Very reasonable considering the same would probably cost me around $300 if I called regular appliance repair service. Also, what is great is that I don't have to let anyone into my house during the time of pandemic. Service: Dishwasher repair
