This company is selling counterfeit products. I purchased what was supposed to be porcelain tile and it turned out to be ceramic. The floor display and my receipt clearly stated porcelain. When professionals were installing it they noticed it chipped like ceramic. A closer look at the box clearly states 'ceramic tiles'. When I called in I was told this was a labelling error...when I emailed a different person said that was the name of the manufacturing company (clearly not true). This company is misleading people on the quality of the tile they purchase here.
