        This so called “doctor” doesn’t fill out Immigration medical exams properly. He keeps forgetting things and the uscis officer looked puzzled when they opened the medical exam envelope saying that the doctor “filled it out wrong.” Do NOT come here if its for an Immigration medical exam!!
