I love my park model home!! It is absolutely everything I had hoped it would be.
I had found them on the internet when I was in need of a smaller home for myself, like a "mother in law's quarters". So as I researched them & looked into them I knew it was the right answer for my needs.
The ordering/buying process couldn't have gone smoother. It was fast & easy. No pressure at all from the representative I worked with. He was fair and understanding and helped me with any questions I had - promptly & thoroughly.
I would HIGHLY recommend these little homes & this company for anyone looking for something like this.

I'm very happy with my park model home. Being a handyman for the last 50+ years, I thoroughly inspected the electrical, plumbing and construction. All were good quality and installed or constructed professionally. Top notch. Jennifer Reyes was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend a Factory Expo Park Model.
