California Check Cashing Stores

Been using their services for a while and it's quick and easy. Trouble is, they keep getting due dates wrong and they keep calling for payment before the bill is due because no one actually reads the customer file before calling. Talked to them about this multiple times and it keeps happening. The service is necessary to get buy some months but the harrassing phone calls are not worth it.

Four employees present, only one working. One calls you up, but apparently can't actually do any of the services.

The customer service was absolutely horrible they repeated their selves multiple times about not wearing a mask but wouldnt allow me to speak I was trying to inform them that as a disabled veteran and the disabilities I have requiring me not to wear a mask. They not only violated my rights but tried to make me stand in the corner and isolate me as if my disabilities make me a nuisance or a disease. I even try to show her but I was 100% disabled just so she would leave me alone even though its against Hyppa law.
