Very shady and illegal billing practices and ad hoc, made up business policies none of which is written on paper, whatever suit them to hide their mistakes. Make sure you read your contract before signing anything with them, especially when it comes to price lumber hikes, contract cancellation and deposit refund policies. Do not recommend! Save the pain look somewhere else. Another truss company in Mountain Ranch beat their bid by $10,000. So there are cheaper companies out there with better business practices. Very bad experience. After we had signed the contract the price of the lumber went up so stuff started to be taken out of the deal. When we started installing the trusses turned out the trusses over the garage were 3 inches shorter. A sales representative came out to tell us what was the best option to fix his mistake. Guess what we had go and buy more lumber to fix a mistake that wasn't even ours. On top of it all because of that we had very hard time passing inspection. Very disappointed.
