This facility is very dated, the staff is very hands off and completely out of touch with the times. If you are looking for a place with trainers/staff who are there to help encourage and be hands on with you this place is NOT for you.
Also, consumer warning, you sign a 1 year contract but if you do not sign a 30 day notice to quit prior to the 1 year contract ending they continue to bill you after your 1 year contract. WARNING they never send you a reminder card saying your 1 year is coming up so if you do not catch it in time you will be charged. This practice seems shady and totally unethical, it is a bad business practice to say the least.
Now I cannot speak for every Curves establishment but the one in Lodi CA certainly should be avoided. If I could give less than a poor-fair rating I would...
