They say 70 cents on the dollar. Not sure how they come up with that number. Newest comp and it wasn't even a real comp just sold for $550k for basically land. My place with land and a home, they offered $80k. Crazy crazy...

What a joke... I'm pretty sure the good reviews are paid for. I did the online questions, got the email, called and left a message and I got nothing. Not even a return call. So much for getting back with me in 24 hours. Maybe my house is worth too much for your fair cash price. Update. The just called back. This is not for people who want to sell a good house it's for buckets and for people who don't care about top dollar. 70 cents on the dollar is what they pay.

Im sure they are a great company who will pay you what they think is fair price for your house, but when deciding to sell your house think of all the future generations that would love to buy house such as myself but are unable to because companies like this have created a super inflated market which will eventually cause another market cash which will leave you with a highly depreciated value of your new home in few years and youll be stuck with super high mortgage payment for your new house
