Employees and manager were extremely rude, and continued to lie, to cover their issues. I will no longer be using Enterprise, because of the rude, dishonest, and unprofessional antics of this specific location

Wow - These folks are so rude , I was dealing with a lady who says she is a manager there and I can not believe how rude she was. We left and found a vehicle elsewhere .  Who do some people think they are allowed  to talk to others in such a manner . Go to Avis , Go to Budget - Avoid Enterprise Redlands !That did it for me ,  Good Bye Enterprise Redlands !

I have rented regularly from this spot for the last 5 years and recently went online to make a new reservation and was surprise to find that the price has jumped almost $100 per week. I did look around and found a better deal but wanting to give them a chance to keep my business I called to see if there was any discounts or if they would match the other company's rate to keep my business but they had no interest in trying to keep me as a customer. when I asked about the rate hike she said it was due to them being so busy... guess Ill be using a different rental company from now on.
