        They never delivered the flowers, didn't answer the phone or my texts. I ended up having to file a credit card dispute.

        DISAPPOINTING!!! Flower not delivered, no one pick up the phone. Email request for refund not answered, AVOID this florist at all cost. I don't live there, cannot do much! Hope US authorities can shutdown this place to avoid more people trapped on online shop scam.

        I love how you respond to every review on here but you cant deliver a bouquet in time (or deliver at all) or answer the phone 1 week later and still no bouquet. Do not give them your money!!!

        Really upset! I ordered flowers on 15th to be delivered 19th February and theyve still not been delivered! No answer when we call there and emails keep bouncing back! PayPal is looking into the case! I just want my money back!
