Very service oriented. Came in for an iPhone SE screen repair and all the people I interacted with during several store visits were friendly, helpful, and patient. (2021 Update): The store has since moved from its former East Long Beach location on Anaheim Street to near downtown Long Beach (6th and Pacific).

Fantastic phone repair! They did what my phone company was supposed to be able to do but claims they couldn't... Big shout out to StarTek and the young lady there handling business! She's awesome! #JustAskJoe

I gave them my iPad and paid for it to be repaired. I was told it would be done in two days. Fast forward to over 2 weeks later... No one is there during store hours regardless of day or time I drop by, they are not answering their phones. Ive left 5 voicemails, all unanswered. Ive tried contacting them by direct email, Yelp and through the text receipt I received. NOTHING. At this point Im assuming theyve decided to keep my money and iPad. My next step will be a police report for stolen property.
