I came back to Kickhouse after some time away. And almost two months later Im showing huge improvements in health, strength and over all confidence. From the amazing instructors, to the highly motivating support of every member, this is the place to go for a fast paced intense workout for all levels! I cant recommend this place enough!

I have been going to KickHouse for almost four months and it has been the best decision I have made for myself. The KickHouse coaches and community are super friendly and welcoming and I have never felt self-conscious or intimidated. The coaches have pushed me in my workouts while also giving helpful feedback to help me improve. It's like a big party all working out together!

KickHouse Los Alamitos is a great place to go to achieve your weight loss goals. I did their six week challenge and lost 21 pounds. They have a fun atmosphere and amazing coaches!
