        We have known the chef for many years at Hucklebees Cafe. Two years ago he opened Plenty on Bell in Los Alamos. It is open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 to 3 and Fridays or special events 5 to 9. It is comfort food at its best made with fresh ingredients. Reservations for dinner and events are a must. We return to Plenty on Bell each time we come to stay in Solvang. Still seasonal, fresh food at its best. Just wish we lived closer Once a year is not often enough to dine here.
