The staff are very friendly. My instructor on IV Class is knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this school to other people. You won't be disappointed.

I got my initial BLS Provider training done here and it was a very simple process. It took 2.5 hours and I got my certification card emailed to me in less than 3 hours. They had real manikins to practice on as well as snacks and light refreshments.

Horrible customer service and lack of follow up, I took a certification class June 2022 and my certification still does not show online. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Please do NOT waste your time taking certification classes with them. They mess up on your paperwork and instead of fixing their errors, they try to charge you made up fees and gaslight you into believing you did something wrong.

Came here for my ACLS skills session check off for recertification. This place is pretty unorganized. They had me join in on the skills portion of a full sit down ACLS course which is extremely unusual for a skills check off. Usually, you meet with an instructor either by yourself or with a specific group of other students who are just there to do skills checks off. The skills session was also poorly executed because the actual instructor wasnt in the room. She was on a video call with us that was projected in the room. The skills session was ran by an assistant while the instructor was not physically present. After skills, I sat around doing nothing and waited for over an HOUR just to do the mega code because the class had to take an exam that Id already taken online. ACLS and PALS skills check off in any organization Ive ever been to usually only takes 30 minutes or less. I came in at 11am and didnt leave until 1pm for just a simple skills check off. I did the online didactic and subsequent skills check off in person for convenience but it looks like I spent the same amount of time it wouldve taken to do a sit down full certification course. The instructor was really unclear about her questions; for an example, she asked us for the ratio for compressions to breaths for an intubated patient but the actual answer that she wanted was the amount of compressions per minute. Her questions were just very unclear and made everyone confused. She would ask for one thing and expect an answer for a different question. Overall just a very poor skills check off experience and a lot of wasted time. Wont be returning.
