Lawry's Carvery

Tried to order from Lawry's Carvery website, which uses GrubHub. After paying for the meal Lawry's REFUSED to give the GrubHub driver my food. WTF?

Lawryaks fabulous prime rib in an affordable casual format. Service leaves a lot to be desired and the main dishes need some better side support. But overall, we'll worth it for really good food in a quick stop at LA Live.

Must admit that the food is far better than fast food but, the prices are on par with the very top restaurants. For what they are asking and I know there is no shortage of people willing to pay it, the food needs to compete with the very best or they need to give you more of what you pay for. The world famous name of "Lawry's" is likely to completely justify the price to many people but, the prime rib is like what you get at a much lower priced buffet and you can throw on your own Lawry's season salt for far less. Now the salad with the crisp onions and horseradish sauce was much better than expected with the seasoned pepper!
