Without exaggeration, I am forever grateful for David Livingston. I was introduced to Mr. Livingston in 2003 during a time in my life I was involved in a highly contested legal action. The legal system appeared to me to be an impossible maze to navigate through. From preparing motions, conducting depositions, all the way through the litigation process, I could not see the forest for the trees. We were pitted against high-profile Beverly Hills attorneys and I felt defeated before I even began. Mr. Livingston (whom I now call David) had a gentle, simple and honest way about him. Not only did he explain in language I could understand the steps required, he took the time to get to know me personally. As a result, when he wrote legal pleadings or appeared in court on my behalf, he represented me in a way that was overwhelming. He truly believed in me. His dedication and professionalism paid off in more ways than I had hoped.
