Parking can be tricky (shared space with other retail shops and businesses), but once parked and inside the Trader Joe's, the store layout is easy to navigate, especially being a smaller store. As always, employees, interactions and products are top-notch.

After I waited for a large order in front of me to checkout (and in the time it took, several other cashiers opened and people who would have been behind me were served promptly, but I waited in my line as I knew I was next), and then a woman (who was also very busy talking on a cellphone) cut in front of me and the cashier let her and told me just a second and proceeded to help her. I went to the managers desk and let her know it was discounting and I was going to leave and the woman was nice but didnt seem too concerned so I got the corporate phone number and left. I called from just outside the store hoping someone would intervene in the moment, and I spoke to the person who answered the phone and they were going to transfer me but it just went to voicemail. This was just sloppy customer service on a couple of fronts and not how I have grown accustomed to being treated at other Trader Joes locations.
