Perfect Sofa

I ordered my sofa May 7th, Its now going on 7 weeks. (They advertised 2-4 weeks). I keep getting excuses like the shipping company didn't pick it up, we left you messages, etc. The whole process didn't feel right. I'm very disappointed in my experience with Perfect Sofa. Trust me. Go somewhere else.

I agree with Will and Jed. The owner Meghann has done a terrible job!! I attached the conversation I had with her so you can know what you are getting into if you buy from this company (Perfect Sofa). We order our sofa 10 weeks ago!! Meghann kept on promising that the sofa was on its way. She never called or text to give us an update on the order I had to be calling and texting for her to answer my messages. BECARFUL DO NOT TRUST ANY WORD SHE SAYS!!!

I placed an order on a Saturday morning and the sofa was delivered as promised. The sofa itself is amazing, great quality and very comfortable.

I ordered my sofa over a month ago. I called like any normal person would after paying over $1,800 for a sofa when to expect it. I never got a delivery date or time and when I questioned this the "owner" Megan got very rude with me and said she had other customers too who took priority over me. Honestly feel like I got scammed.

My elderly mother ordered AND PAID$1900 for a sofa. This company uses a 3rd party vedor for delivery. A Female employee said perfect sofa was at the mercy of fragilpak( 3rd party vendor) for shipping the sofa. I called fragilpak and spoke with a Jacob who received a "ticket" on 10-2-20 from a STEPHANIE that sofa would be arriving to fragilpak by 10-07-2020 so they could ship the sofa to my elderly mother. The sofa NEVER EVEN ARRIVED for Fragilpak to send the sofa to my mother. Fragilpak sent a notification to perfect sofa on 10-09-20 that the sofa my mother ordered never arrived to be shipped. It's now 10-23-20 with no delivery or a clear explanation as to what is going on. I am now trying to help my Mother with the bank in getting her money back if this is not resolved. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE PERFECT SOFA!!! WARNING!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY!!!
