        Their customer service is dreadful. I called because I wanted to cancel my car insurance. It was a long wait and when someone answered, this person took my info and started the process but put me on hold. After 5 minutes of waiting they hung up. I called again (same waiting time) and I told the same person what had happened and I was told they didn't hung up. I said, maybe not you but somebody else and the answer was "I'm the only one here". What about "I'm sorry, I won't put you on hold and Let's do this quickly". Btw, the recorded message advice to stay home and they will help you over the phone with whatever you need. When I told them I needed to cancel my policy the answer was "you have to come to the office". They assumed I didn't have a scanner and a computer... which makes me think why they assumed that?
