My friend recommended Richard to me because I had big pains in my shoulder and neck. Richard is very professional and attentive, he explained how the reconnective healing works and did three 30-minutes sessions with me - I had interesting experiences, sensations and I felt peaceful and relaxed and most importantly my physical pain disappeared in a couple of days completely! My mood changed, I definitely became more positive and at peace with my life. I highly recommend him to anyone with physical and mental health issues - he will help to get them be gone!

My review is based on 3 session of reconnective healing with Richard... I must say that I wasn't sure I would even benefit from a session of reconnective healing but to my surprise it went incredibly well. My first session with Richard was very pleasant but also very interesting. When we started the session Richard told me what to expect and to just experiences the session and  close my eyes and just not try to do anything. I must say he was very professional, I was very relaxed and I felt safe and in a good place. I closed my eye's and took a couple of deep breaths and within a minute I felt an enormous energy at the head of the table (that I was lying on), I couldn't help but open my eyes to see what on earth it was because it took me totally by surprise. It was definitely coming from Richard, and it felt like a huge vortex pulling at me, like two incredibly strong magnets. It felt like the power you feel when you try to force two magnets together. I could feel where he was working during the session and felt my body jump and shake at times.After the session was over I really felt like I had been worked on( if you have ever had energy work you will know what I mean) I went home instead of going to the gym to just relax.The second session was a lot more Subtle and yet even so the Headache I had went away completely. The third session however was really out of this world and I have difficulty describing how it was. It felt like parts of energy in my body that weren't serving me were being pulled out... and pulled out of my body through my head. This was something I would have never expected. Once the session got started, I could feel in different parts of my body like all this energy was sucked from me and it made me feel very light and calm. My Arm started twitching and I just remembered what Richard said just try to relax and not do anything. It was easy to do as I was feeling very relaxed.I left the third session with so much energy and it transformed my day to day problems from what I saw as severe to mere inconveniences as I was going through a very difficult time then. This was far more uplifting than going to the doctor for some pills to cover up the issue. If I feel this way again I'll definitely go back for some more energy sessions.

Richard has many healing tools at his disposal. He is very intuitive and will use a modality that is befitting whatever a person is in need of. I feel very safe with him and have received Reconnective Healing energies that helped heal a situation I was confronted with. I would recommend Richard's services to anyone in need of healing.

Gabrielle M. Berkeley, CA I got way more out of this energy work with Richard Bergin than I had anticipated. I was feeling so stressed and so disconnected that I thought I would need much more that 3 sessions to see changes if any, but amazingly even after the first sessions, I already felt a difference. Two weeks after my last session, my sister noticed a change in my voice on the phone and asked me what I was doing different. She has never asked me that before! I am now much more grounded, relaxed and integrated in my body. Since a year or so, my meditations practices had become more and more uncomfortable as my body was constantly leaning on the left side. Now I am free from pain, my spine stays effortlessly strait, and my meditation had become deeper and peaceful. I now often find myself back to this state of joyful peace. I gradually catch up most needed sleep and I stop procrastinating my daily to-do list. Most importantly, the work with Richard Bergin was a huge help for resetting my priorities in life and I see a brighter future ahead of me. Richard had done an amazing energetic work on me. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself since a long time, and I will certainly contact him again.
