First call and he felt it was appropriate to bring up the former mascot to my alma mater which was the Red Men - To which I noted was an insensitive term, which he used as an opportunity to go on a rant about the plethora of ethnic groups that have been used as mascots and started rambling about needing to make martians mascots since they won't be offended by everything like other racial groups.... Yea... nuts. It was an off putting conversation to say the least. Not sure if he saw my picture on Linkedin and took it as an opportunity to make racial jokes but it made me extremely uncomfortable. Seems like he has bigger issues going on, would not trust this individual with ANY personal information, resume included.

Jack was exceptional! I came to him with a poor resume, he sat down with me and went over all of my goals and information, and left nothing to chance. I also asked me to send links for the kinds of positions I would be targeting with my new resume, which was very helpful. In the end, Jack created a resume for me with greatly exceeded my high expectations. I am very happy with my new resume, as well as my new cover letter, and I am already getting solid response from it. In the end, Jack was thorough, professional, and diligent. I could not be more happy with the final product, and will most assuredly recommend Jack to anyone who wants an excellent resume

Jack was fantastic. He exceeded my expectations, and my new resume was very good! Jack worked with my old resume, asked me questions about my work history, quizzed me about my goals, and then prepared a resume which got immediate attention. I would recommend Jack to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price. He's also very fun to work with, and kept me at ease.
