First off I'd like to say I've been patient before writing this review. I have been trying to get one room for over 3 months! The story is long so I'll save a little time but basically these guys do not value their product or customers. They DO have the rim I need (m10 ,22x9) but they say it was damaged. That it came with out lug holes and they were damaged when they attempted to put them in so they cannot warranty the rim. Fine. I asked on multiple occasions over the last 3 months if they would send a picture of the damage and they refuse. Why would I buy a damaged rim sight unseen? He says they are buried in the warehouse and he doesn't want to look for them! this latest time he tells me since it's not warranted, It doesn't matter. Huh? Are you serious? I told him people buy rims for their look so of course it matters! He says in that case I don't have them. You would think if a customer was trying to get a rim for 3 months which you claim is on backorder, you could at least take a picture of it. Ridiculous! Never dealing with this company again! No respect for customers, rude, liars and lazy!

I called this place to get a price on a wheel not any wheel a merceli m68 concave chrome 20x8.5 wheel now I have one wheel and I matched it up in their online catalog to find out what it was and I did not know till I found it in the catalog. I am not blind I have good vision and the catalog says it is a m68 and the man who answers the phone says to me that the m68 wheel I have is not a m68 at all ok then what is it ? That is what their catalog identifies it as and he try telling me it was a different model he did not say it was discontinued or special order wheel or only available in Europe so is he saying the m68 wheel I have is the only one of its kind ? There has to be at least 3 more like it in the world for it to have been used on a car. I know I will never use a merceli wheel but those of you out that will or are using them would and could use this one I got cause it does exist well at least for now it does but not for long cause it might get scrapped. The man was rude and hung up on me and was no help in any kind of way. Not recommending that company to any one at all
