They have great technician- he was very punctual, fast, pleasant and accurate. Sergey was able to explain everything to me about what he was going to do and it just gave me peace of mind knowing I could rely on them. Would definitely use them again

Love this company. They really came through of us on this one. Initially called them for routine maintenance but realized that our old busted heater really need to be replaced and that fixing it was just a temporary fix. The two maintenance guys that came out were great - Vitalii and Sergey. They gave us input on a good heater and was able to get it installed in no time. All of these gentlemen were punctual, professional, and respectful of the house- kept the job site neat. Thanks, guys!

They were on time, professional, courteous, thorough and reasonably priced -- what more can you ask for. Sergey, one of the repair crew, checked-out, and cleaned my old janky AC Unit! They were a pleasure to work with

My 30 year old Rheem heater was finally becoming too unreliable...so after multiple sessions of my efforts to open the back, jiggle the wires, replace the board, dermal the ground contact, change the thermostat batteries...I conceded; I had to get a new heater....enter Paul of Los Gatos Heating & Air...proposed a replacement and provided a very competitive quote...and within the week his technician Sip had the new replacement (Bryant) hooked up after some very clever modifications (our heater closet is restricted) and after a short duration Paul sent his other technician, Ricardo, to alter the blower speed making the new system extremely quiet. With a two story house and the cold area return in the upstairs TV-family room, a heater can create considerable noise. Anyway, can't say enough about the work of Paul's technicians, Sip and Ricardo....both are not only super friendly, but extremely knowledgable in the installation and functioning of this heater....As a Los Gatos resident I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend their service.
