I recently contacted Dustin for a home inspection that I could not personally attend due to long distance travel. From the get go Dustin was extremely responsive and happy to answer any questions about the inspection process. He is also a licensed general contractor with many years experience. The report itself blew me away. It is so detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. He took many photos and even recorded multiple videos for me so that the inspection felt like I was practically there! My expectations were exceeded so much that I had to write and share this review. If you’re searching for a home inspector that covers it all, knows the ins and outs of a house/ construction, can answer all your questions, and gives sound advice, than look no further.

Dustin performed a general home inspection on the home my clients are selling. He was fast, through and had expert knowledge for his field. He was able to provide the buyers with detailed knowledge about the small repairs that could be made to the home and how to perform those repairs quickly with little to no cost. He also is very well priced for the amount of time he takes on his detailed reports and the time he spends on site. Definitely would recommend Dustin.
