        Hi Irish Beach lovers! There is a new place coming up soon, a 2.5 bed, 2 bath 1500 sq ft home that has been completely remodeled upstairs (downstairs is separate) This home is on the east side of Hwy 1, but is sitting on top of a gulch that allows you ocean views and sound. These are only a few of the pics. It should be ready to rent by August 1st. Look for it on VRBO or maybe at Irish Beach Rentals (Just tried calling them and number disconnected!)

      • Patterson Veterinary Hospital

        We rented the Cali Villa over the Thanksgiving week. The house had not been cleaned. All the towels were used and in piles in all the bathrooms. The linens were still on the beds and the downstairs toilet had been used and not flushed. After driving 5 hours with dogs we slept on the living room floor. The next day was Thanksgiving and the office was not open. We returned the keys the following morning and was told we would get a refund for the days we we did not stay. They did not refund our money! BEWARE
