Ordered flowers online, it stated that if not available, a substitution would be sent. Not the case, they cancelled my order and won't answer the phone! So much for keeping it local.....

Granshaw's Flowers created the most spectacular floral arrangements for both my Mom's husbands funeral service in April and for my Mom's funeral service yesterday. The flowers were so gorgeous and smelled so fresh and beautiful. I was so amazed at how many high quality flowers were used and how large the bouquets were for the low price I paid. The excellent customer service is also very appreciated. The owners were very helpful, warm and friendly. Thank you Granshaw's :)
